一种圆柱坐标测量仪控制系统的设计与实现

摘    要:圆柱坐标测量仪具有结构简单、测量范围大、适合于测量圆弧类零件的特点,本文针对航空型材弯曲类钣金零件成形精度测量,设计开发了一种圆柱坐标测量仪,对其控制系统软硬件的体系结构和功能进行了研究.采用计算机扩展卡的方式开发了其控制系统硬件,采用多线程技术,利用VC开发了控制系统软件,并利用Matlab和VC混合编程技术开发了曲面重构模块.实验表明,其控制精度达到0.3mm,满足了钣金类零件测量的需求.

Abstract:CMM with columnar coordinates system has simple structure and large measuring range,suits for measuring of parts which have arc shape.A type of columnar coordinates system CMM was introduced,which is used to measuring sheet metal part with arc shape of aviation.The hard system structure and the soft system functions were studied.The hard system was designed by using the mode of computer with extend cards.The soft system was developed by using technology of mutiply thread.The surface restructure model was developed by using mix programming of VC /Matlab.Through experimenting,it shows that the precision of control reaches to 0.3mm,which satisfies the need of measuring of sheet metal.
