遥控型全液压工程车辆实现方法的研究

摘    要:以滑移转向工程机为例说明了全液压工程车辆的工作原理,阐述了利用电磁换向阀将电磁比例减压阀模块并联于手动减压式先导阀的方式实现全液压工程车辆的电液控制的改造过程,并且说明了此种改造方式的优点,同时介绍了采用发动机直接控制的方式实现对发动机转速的远程控制的方法.

Abstract:Taking the slipping-steering engineering machine as an example,the operating principle of hydraulic system of the fully hydraulic construction vehicles was introduced.The process of how to carry out the electro-hydraulic controlling means of the fully hydraulic construction vehicles by paralleled connection between electromagnetic proportional transforming valve and manual transforming pilot control valve with proportional transforming valve was introduced.The advantages of this refitting and the method to realize the remote control of engine speed by directly engine control were introduced.
