摘    要:
根据空调在中国家电行业的实际生产和回收等情况,从技术、经济和环境等3个方面制订出了空调在整个生命周期中的绿色特性评估指标体系.利用模糊认知图可以进行知识合成的特点,解决不同专家对某些指标间相对重要度确定时信息不全的问题,并结合模糊层次分析法求解评价指标的权重,实现对空调的绿色特性评估,从而可以根据评价结果,确定影响产品绿色等性能的关键因素,并可以实现对比不同型号产品的绿色性能,从而指导产品设计和生产工艺等的改进,使国内家电企业从容应对国内法律法规和欧盟WEEE、RoHS指令等.

Abstract:
According to the practical manufacturing situation of room air-conditioner in the domestic industry of home appliances, the green assessing index system for room alr-condltioner was established. Based on the feature of knowledge synthesizing for fuzzy cognitive map, the absent problem of information was resolved when relative importance degrees between indexes were given by different experts. Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method was used to get the weighting of each index. Effective factors on green features were decided according to the evaluated results, so design and manufacturing process of products can be revised, and enterprises can be easy to face the laws and regulations, and directives of WEEE, RollS in European.
