苯氨基甲酸丙二醇酯的合成研究

摘    要:介绍了碳酸酯法合成苯氨基甲酸丙二醇酯(PPC)产品的方法。考察了催化剂品种、催化剂用量、原料碳酸丙烯酯与苯胺的摩尔比、反应温度及反应时间对产品收率的影响。结果表明,选择硝酸铅为催化剂,在催化剂用量占反应物总量2%,原料碳酸丙烯酯与苯胺摩尔比6:1,反应温度140℃及反应时间6h条件下,产品收率达45.6%。采用红外光谱和核磁共振波谱对合成产品进行了结构表征,结果表明,产品结构与理论结构相符。

Abstract:The method for synthesizing 1,2 - propanediol phenylcarbamate (PPC) from propylene carbonate (PC) and aniline through carbonate process was introduced. The effects of reaction conditions including cata- lyst species, dosage of catalyst, molar ratio of raw materials( PC to aniline), reaction temperature and reaction time on the product yield were investigated. It was found that lead nitrate had higher activity. Optimal reaction conditions were as follows: the dosage of lead nitrate 2%, molar ratio of PC to aniline 6:1, the reflux temper- attire 140℃ and the reflux time 6 hours, resulting in a PPC yield of 45.6%. The final product was character- ized by IR and 1H NMR and the results showed that the structure of synthetic product coincides with the expected structure.
