| 摘 要： | 市场经济的发达和完善标志着知识产权的健康发展。市场经济的主力——企业，其核心竞争力就体现在知识产权上，因此，拥有知识产权就拥有了核心竞争力。文章通过国外的相关数据和对国内企业的分析，对企业知识产权与企业核心竞争力之间的关系进行阐述。

| Abstract: | A developed and sound market economy enables the healthy development of intellectual property right. As the main drive of market economy, the enterprise lies its core competitiveness on intellectual property right, in other words, the enterprise that owns intellectual property right has core competitiveness. Based on the analysis of information about domestic and foreign enterprises, the article expounds the relations of corporate intellectual property right and core competitiveness of enterprises. |
