气流喷雾造粒干燥技术研究

摘    要:总结了用于造粒和干燥操作能同时完成的气流喷雾造粒干燥技术。主要研究了三流体全外混合气流喷雾造粒喷头结构、二级串联风力粉粒分离器、粉-膏转换器和三旋流喷淋降膜除尘器,攻克了造粒喷头、粉粒分离、粉-膏转换和微粉回收4个关键技术。

Abstract:The technology of making dry granulated products by air-flow spraying was summed up. New equipment of prilling spray with three-fluid admixture at outlet, air particle separator with two-stage series connection, powderpaste converter and dust remover with three rotating difficulties in prilling spraying, separation of particle were solved. flows and falling-film spray were developed. Four technical and powder, powder-paste conversion and fine dust recovery were solved.
