摘    要:分析和介绍了抗静电细旦皮芯复合聚酯长丝(FDY)生产中的聚酯聚合、切片制备和皮芯复合纺丝工艺。结果表明,选用合适的抗静电剂及其阶段添加方式和添加量,控制好聚合及纺丝工艺,可以生产出比电阻小、静电荷半衰期短、抗静电性能好的细旦皮芯复合聚酯长丝。

Abstract:The production of fine denier antistatic sheath-core composite polyester filament (FDY) is analyzed. The polymerization process and preparation of polyester chips are introduced. The results prove that the conditions of the suitable antistatic agents, adding mode, additive amount, control polymerization and spinning process, the fine denier antistatic sheath-core composite polyester filament with smaller resistance, shorter half-life of electrostatic charge and good antistatic properties can be obtained.
