水泥混凝土路面加铺沥青面层结构接缝应力研究

摘    要:为了解不同措施延缓水泥混凝土路面加铺沥青层结构反射裂缝的效果,建立了考虑接缝传荷能力的水泥混凝土路面加铺沥青面层结构三维有限元分析模型,以沥青加铺层的应力表征开裂。研究发现,不同防反技术延缓加铺层荷载型反射裂缝起裂效果大小依次为级配碎石、防裂贴+应力吸收层、大粒径沥青碎石、应力吸收层和玻纤格栅、土工布和防裂贴;温度型和复合型反射裂缝起裂效果大小依次为防裂贴+应力吸收层、应力吸收层和玻纤格栅、级配碎石、沥青碎石、土工布和防裂贴。

Abstract:In order to find out delay effect of different measures to reflective cracking of the existed cement concrete pavement paved with asphalt structure,the three-dimensional finite element analysis model was established to consider the joint load transfer of asphalt overlay structure on old cement concrete pavement.Cracking was characterizied by the stress of the asphalt overlay.The study found different anti-reflection crack measures in delaying load reflective cracking was that: graded broken stone>crack resistance paste plus stress-absorbing layer>the large-stone asphalt macadam>stress-absorbing layer and glass fiber grid>earthwork cloth and crack resistance paste.The measures for thermal reflective cracking and composite reflective cracking was crack resistance paste plus stress-absorbing layer> stress-absorbing layer and glass fiber grid> graded broken stone> asphalt macadam> earthwork cloth and crack resistance paste.
