摘    要:通过有限元软件ANSYS,建立有限元实体模型,同时讨论了模型的好坏、评价标准,对单自由度微位移工作台进行了仿真计算,建立了微位移机构位移量和最大应力的回归方程式.

Abstract:A finite element model of single-DOF micro-displacement framework was constructed by ANSYS,meanwhile whether it is good or bad and its evaluation criteria is discussed.By emulational calculation for it,a mathematical equation using stepwise regression was built to quantitatively analyze the relations of the displacement and maximum stress.
