彭庄煤矿主通风机选型设计

摘    要:根据彭庄煤矿主通风机的选型设计,对电机的选型、叶片的设计进行优化组合。将原有主通风机更换为FBCDZ N0.28/2×500kW高效节能矿用防爆对旋轴流式主通风机,并配备了自动监控系统,实时监控风机运行状态,提高了彭庄煤矿主通风系统的安全可靠性。

Abstract:According to the selection design of the main fan in Pengzhuang Coal Mine,the selection of the motor and the design of the blade are optimized.The original main fan was replaced by FBCDZ N0.28/2×500kW high-efficiency energy-saving mine explosion-proof counter rotating axial flow main fan,and equipped with an automatic monitoring system to monitor the running status of the fan in real time,which improved the safety and reliability of the main ventilation system in Pengzhuang Coal Mine.
