综采工作面回撤通道围岩变形规律研究及其控制技术

摘    要:为控制30450工作面回撤通道围岩明显变形的问题,采用理论研究及计算的方式,得出更加安全、可行的工作面停采让压位置,对回撤通道采取垛式支架+锚网索复合支护形式。根据巷道变形观测结果:回撤通道中帮部最大位移量为120mm,顶板最大下沉量为200mm,巷道断面满足回撤使用条件。

Abstract:In order to control the obvious deformation of the surrounding rock of the withdrawal passage in the 30450 working face,a more safe and feasible position for the stoping of the working face is obtained by theoretical research and calculation.The withdrawal passage is supported by the combination of crib support and anchor mesh cable.According to the deformation observation results of the roadway:the maximum displacement of the side in the withdrawal channel is 120mm,the maximum subsidence of the roof is 200mm,and the roadway section meets the withdrawal conditions.
