复杂条件下千万吨矿井科技减人提效研究与实践

摘    要:
基于刘庄煤矿安全生产过程中存在的生产环节多、采掘工作面数量多、单班入井超千人等难题,通过优化采掘布局、建立煤矸分时分运系统、探索应用深浅孔联合注浆巷修工艺、研发综采工作面成套回撤工艺等举措,大幅度减少了全矿总人数、单班入井人数,降低了原煤生产成本,提高了安全保障能力。

Abstract:
There are many problems in the process of safe production in Liuzhuang Coal Mine,such as many production links,more mining faces and more than one thousand workers entering the shaft in a single shift.In view of these problems,some measures are put forward,such as optimizing the mining layout,establishing coal and gangue different-time transport system,trying to apply the deep and shallow hole grouting technology for roadway repair,and developing the complete set of withdrawal technology in a comprehensive mining working face,etc.The implementation of these measures has greatly reduced the total number of personnel in the whole mine and the number of workers entering the shaft in a single shift,lowered the cost of raw coal production,and improved the safety of the mine.
