大采高工作面末采防片帮深孔注浆加固研究

摘    要:
为防止大采高末采阶段出现片帮、漏顶等事故,以寺河矿5303工作面为实际工程背景,对末采阶段深孔注浆技术进行应用研究。根据采场支承应力分布规律,对注浆时机进行分析;结合工作面地质条件,设计了钻孔布置方案;研发无机双液注浆材料以及相应的注浆系统。结果表明,末采期间煤壁基本平整,实现了工作面与主撤巷道的快速贯通。

Abstract:
In order to prevent accidents such as rib spalling and roof leakage in the final mining stage of large mining height,taking 5303 working face of Sihe Coal Mine as the practical engineering background,the application of deep hole grouting technology in the final mining stage is studied.According to the distribution of supporting stress in stope,the grouting timing is analyzed;combined with the geological conditions of the working face,the drilling layout is designed;and the inorganic double liquid grouting material and the corresponding grouting system are developed.The industrial test results show that the coal wall is basically flat during the final mining period,and the fast connection between the working face and the main roadway is realized.
