基于围岩分类结果煤巷支护设计研究与应用

摘    要:为解决程庄煤矿15#煤层工作面煤巷支护的问题,通过地应力测量、围岩强度测试、矿压监测等方法,确定15310进风顺槽围岩分类为不稳定围岩,设计了“W钢带+锚杆+锚索+网”支护方式。矿压监测结果表明,成巷后顶板下沉量最终稳定在75mm以下,两帮移近量最终稳定在150mm以下,围岩位移量很小。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of roadway support in No.15 coal seam of Chengzhuang Coal Mine,the surrounding rock of 15310 air intake channel is classified as unstable surrounding rock by means of in-situ stress measurement,surrounding rock strength test and mine pressure monitoring.The support mode of"W steel belt+anchor+anchor cable+net"is designed.The monitoring results of mine pressure show that after the completion of the roadway,the roof subsidence is finally stable below 75mm,the displacement of the two sides is finally stable below 150 mm,and the displacement of the surrounding rock is very small.
