大块煤破碎装置的设计与应用

摘    要:岳城煤矿2135厚煤层工作面在开采实践过程中,片帮大块煤会造成带式输送机的堵塞,引发运输故障,需要停机检修。基于该问题设计了一种对大块煤进行有效破碎的装置,应用中设备操作简便,有效地解决了带式输送机机头卸载点和转载机入口的堵塞问题,为企业创造了较好的经济效益。

Abstract:In the mining practice of 2135 thick coal seam face in Yuecheng Coal Mine,the block of the belt conveyor will be caused by the large pieces of coal on the side of the slice,which will cause the transportation failure and need to be stopped for maintenance.Based on this problem,a kind of effective crushing device for large coal is designed.In the application,the equipment is easy to operate,which effectively solves the problem of blocking the unloading point of the belt conveyor head and the entrance of the transfer machine,and creates better economic benefits for the enterprise.
