挖金湾煤矿煤柱工作面巷道布置及支护技术应用研究

摘    要:为解决挖金湾煤业大巷保护煤柱回收工作面巷道布置和支护问题,设计采用“锚网索梁”联合支护方式。结果表明,回风平巷侧小煤柱合理宽度为5m,运输平巷侧保护煤柱合理宽度为30m,顶板下沉量最大为125mm,底板底鼓量最大为28mm,窄煤柱帮最大位移量约为123mm,回采帮最大位移量约为180mm,巷道断面能够满足掘进和工作面回采的要求。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of roadway layout and support of protective coal pillar recovery working face in main roadway of Wajinwan Coal Industry,the combined support mode of“anchor mesh and cable beam”is designed.The results show that the reasonable width of the small coal pillars at the side of the return-air roadway is 5m,and that of the protective coal pillar at the side of the transport roadway is 30m;the maximum subsidence of the roof is 125mm,the maximum floor heave is 28mm,the maximum displacement of the narrow coal pillar is about 123mm,and the maximum displacement of the stoping side is about 180mm.The roadway section can meet the requirements of tunneling and face stoping.
