摘    要:制备了玻璃负载纳米Ti O_2/Si O_2光催化膜,以甲基橙溶液作为模拟废水研究了其光催化性能,分别考察了光催化膜中m(Ti O_2)∶m(Si O_2)、膜厚度、使用次数和中试扩大以及再生方式对甲基橙模拟废水降解率的影响。试验结果表明,在太阳光下照射4 h,厚度为200~400 nm的光催化膜对10 mg/L的甲基橙模拟废水降解率为84%,失活的光催化膜可用模拟风、光、酸雨和人工清洗方式再生。纳米Ti O_2/Si O_2光催化膜可应用于光催化水处理设备、建筑易清洁玻璃和太阳电池玻璃。

Preparation and photocataIytic capacity of gIass-Ioaded nanometre TiO2/SiO2 fiIm
Abstract:The glass-loaded Nano-TiO2/SiO2 photocatalytic film has been prepared. Its photo-catalytic capacity is studied with methyl orange solution as simulated wastewater. The influences of the mass ratio of TiO2 to SiO2 in the film,thickness of the film,serving times,pilot scale extension and regenerating modes on the degrading rate of stim-ulated methyl orange wastewater are investigated ,respectively. The experimental results show that under sunlight irradiation for 4 h,the degrading rate of the 10 mg/L of methyl organic simulated wastewater by the photo-catalytic film with a thickness of 200-400 nm is 84%. The deactivate film could be regenerated by simulated wind,sunlight, acidic rain or manual cleaning. Nanometre TiO2/SiO2 film can be applied to photocatalytic water treatment equip-ment,self-cleaning glass on buildings and solar cell glass.
