摘    要:石油化工装置中的往复式压缩机常采用仪表阀旁路回流进行流量调节,造成大量能耗浪费。但在往复式压缩机上实施HydroCOM无级调节系统后,节能降耗效果十分显著。本文阐述了HydroCOM无级调节系统的节能原理、控制方案和联锁逻辑。

Abstract:The bypass valve was often used to adjust the flow in reciprocating compressor in petrochemical plant, then a lot of energy were wasted. After HydroCOM system applied in reciprocating compressor, energy was saved a great deal. The principle of energy saving, the control program and the interlock logic were describled in detail.
