| 摘 要： | 枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)是微生物发酵中应用最广泛的一种微生物,其在酶类生产中的应用已经实现工业化,具有重要的工业应用价值。本文简要介绍了三种构建转化质粒反选盒子的方法,其不仅具有简单高效,能够进行连续的基因插入操作,同时还具有定点突变、大片段删除以研究未知基因的功能等特点,因此具有很广泛的研究和应用前景。

| Abstract: | Bacillus subtilis was widely industrial used as enzyme producer and now it was the predominant microbe for industrial fermentation.Three counter-selective cassettes were introduced,which offerred high efficient strategies of greatly simplifying the gene manipulation.Moreover,these cassettes can also be used to bring in point mutation and large-fragment deletion.So it had wide research and application prospects. |
