摘    要:建立了分光光度法测定水体中需氧量的方法。采用分光光度法的原理,以MnO4-的最大吸收波长525 nm为测定波长,消除了MnO2微浮颗粒的影响,该方法 COD测定范围为0~50 mg/L,与国家标准滴定法之间无明显差异,具有成本低、操作简单方便等特点,用于水样测定结果满意。

Abstract:A new method for the determination of chemical oxygen demand(COD) was established based on equivalent absorbance spectrophotometry.This method was used for eliminating the influence of micro-floating patricles of MnO2.The maximum absorption wavelength of permanganate ion was 525 nm,and the measuring range of COD was 0~50 mg/L.There was no obvious difference with national standard titration.Successfully applied this method to determine COD in water was low cost,simple and effective.
