Comparative Analysis of Water Management between China and Israel

In order to improve the water resource utilization efficiency in China and realize the unified management of water resources, the water managements about Israel and China are analyzed and compared, respectively. The results show that the integrated water management is the only way for the unified management and high efficient utilization of water resources. Through learning the advanced water concept, the perfect management system and the attention to technological innovation in Israel, contrasting the status quo problem of water management of China, some solution ways are fund and a water management model suitable for national conditions of China is established. This can promote the establishment of water-saving society and ensure sustainable economic and social development.
