音响分频网络电路用铝电解电容器的研制

摘    要:
根据音响扬声器分频网络电路对双极性铝电解电容器特性的要求,研制开发出具有高稳定性、高电导率和优良高频特性的 Z 系列工作电解液,通过电容器结构的改进、原材料的筛选,生产的电容器产品经用户厂家设计采纳并经上机负荷试验全部性能优良:IL为 0.03CU+3(μA),tgδ 为 4×10–2,ΔC·C–1为±10%,±20%。

Abstract:
According to the demand for aluminum electrolytic capacitor in audio frequency division circuit, series Z of electrolytic solutions were developed with good stability, high conductivity and excellent performance at high frequency. With improvement of capacitor structure and optimization of raw materials, novel capacitors were produced in batches, which were accepted by customers for design and combination of electronic equipments. Main performance of capacitors: IL=0.03 CU+3 (μA),tgδ = 4×10–2,ΔC·C–1= ±10%,±20%.
