开放体系中霉菌dh-B对染料脱色的研究

摘    要:探讨霉菌dh—B在开放体系中对酸性紫红染料的吸附脱色效果.在非灭菌条件下,考察pH值、染料浓度、温度及菌体投加量对吸附脱色的影响.研究表明:培养36h的菌种在pH为2.5,染料初始质量浓度为50mg/L,温度为30℃,菌体投加量为2.5∥L(湿质量)时,吸附脱色效果最好,脱色36h后脱色率可达到95%以上.同时霉菌曲一B在开放体系中表现出了极好的生长趋势和成球性能.

Abstract:The adsorption and decolorization effect of acid purple dye in an open system by mould dh-B is discussed in this paper including pH, initial concentration, temperature and amount of mycelium pellets were also studied to measure/calculate/evaluate the impact of adsorption and decolorization of dye in a non-sterile condition. The results showed that 36 hours of bacteria developed when pH was 2. 5, initial concentration of dyes was 50 mg/L, the temperature was 30 ℃, the pellet was 2. 5 g/L( wet weight) which had the best adsorption and decolorization effect. The decolorization rate reached 95 % after 36 hours. Also, mold dh-B performed execellently with growth trends in the capacity of developing mycelium pellets.
