| 摘 要： | 为了提高设备的可靠性,保证设备在出现故障征兆时,能及时进行故障处理,研究了DNC控制方式的数控机床状态监控的模拟系统。通过对系统进行模拟试验,解决了系统的信号采集、数据传输和信号的处理等难点。分析结果证明,DNC控制方式的数控机床状态监控系统是可行的,可以应用于实践。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the reliability of the equipment and to deal with the malfunction in time while the omen of malfunction appears, the simulated supervision system for numerical control machine tools in DNC control method has been worked out. By simulated experiment to the system, the problems of collecting the signal, delivering the data and processing the signal have been resolved. The analytical result proves that the system is feasible and it can be applied in practice. |
