| 摘 要： | 本文论述了不同用量氮、钾肥对油菜产量和品质的影响。盆栽试验结果表明：增施氮肥可以明显提高油菜产量和叶片中Ｖｃ含量，降低可溶性糖含量，但增加了硝酸盐含量。施用钾肥也可明显提高油菜产量和Ｖｃ含量，而对油菜体内硝酸盐含量的影响则无规律性。
