摘    要:以内装组合式搅拌器的聚合釜为研究对象,采用流体力学方法对聚合釜内组合式搅拌器4层搅拌桨叶安装定位尺寸参数变化时的釜内固-液两相流场进行了模拟,得到了聚合釜内搅拌轴截面上的液相速度矢量分布和固相颗粒体积分散分布、近搅拌器区域轴向和近聚合釜壁面区域径向的固相颗粒体积分散分布,比较分析了各安装定位尺寸参数取值对聚合釜内流场特性的影响。模拟研究表明,搅拌器底层桨叶到釜底的距离C1、各层桨叶的间距C2、C3和C4的最佳取值分别为400 mm、900 mm、1 200 mm和1 200 mm。

Abstract:The solid-liquid two-phase flow field in a polymerizer with an internal combined agitator was simulated by hydrodynamic method during the switching of positioning parameters of the four-layer agitator blade. The liquid velocity vector distribution and solid particle concentration distribution on the cross section of the stirring shaft in the polymerizer, the axial and radial solid particle concentration distribution near the agitator area and the wall area of the polymerizer were obtained. The influence of location size parameters on flow field characteristics in polymerizer was compared and analyzed. The simulation results show that the optimum sizes of C1, C2, C3 and C4 are 400 mm, 900 mm, 1 200 mm and 1 200 mm respectively.
