摘    要:以二甲醚发动机燃油系统为研究对象,建立发动机低压共轨系统的仿真模型,分析影响共轨管压力建立时间和压力波动的主要因素,并探讨了共轨管内的燃油压力特性。结果表明,共轨管的容积、内径、长度、长径比、油泵供油压力对共轨压力特性的影响较大,合理地选择共轨管尺寸和供油压力,既能维持共轨压力的稳定,也能保持较短的压力响应时间。

Fuel pressure characteristics of low-pressure common-rail system of the dimethyl ether engine

Abstract:The fuel system of the dimethyl ether (DME) engine was studied, and the simulation model of low-pressure common-rail system of the DME engine was established. Main factors that influence the set-up time of the pressure and the pressure waves of common rail were analyzed, and the fluid pressure characteristics in the common-rail were discussed. The result shows that the volume, inner diameter, length, L/D of common-rail and supply pressure have significant influence on common-rail pressure characteristics. In order to keep a steady pressure of common-rail and a short pressure re- sponse time, suitable common-rail size and supply pressure should be selected.
