摘    要:
永坪炼油厂120×104t/a催化裂化及液化石油气精制装置通过优化催化反应温度≯510℃,提高解吸塔底温度至(130±2)℃,降低再吸收塔顶压力至(1.05±0.02)MPa,改善了产品中硫的分布;同时,加大吸收稳定系统注水量,调整液化气精制操作,使液化气质量达到GB 11174—1996标准要求。

Abstract:
The distribution of sulfur of products is improved in Yongping refinery,by optimizing catalytic reaction temperature to ≯510 ℃ in the 120×104 t/a catalytic cracking and LPG refining unit,increasing bottom temperature of desorption tower to(130±2)℃,and reducing top pressure of reabsorber to(1.05±0.02)MPa.Meanwhile,by adopting measures including enlarging the water injection rate of absorbing stabilizing system,adjusting operation of LPG refining,the quality of LPG meet the requirement of standard GB 11174—1996.
