| 摘 要： | 上海银鑫公寓屋面防水构造采用水泥珍珠岩保温层上铺贴APP改性沥青防水卷材 ,表面为40mm厚C20细石混凝土刚性保护层的作法。排汽孔外壁做增强附加防水卷材 ,防水卷材上口用金属箍卡牢 ,并用硅酮密封胶密封。该工程竣工至今已3年 ,未发生渗漏

| Abstract: | The waterproof roofing of Yinxin apartment building in Shanghai adopts APP transformed asphalt rolling material coated on pearlite insulation course. The surface is a 40 mm thick C20 rigid concrete finish mixed with fine ballast. The external surface of the exhaust opening on the roof is coated with additional rolling material, of which the upper edge is fixed by metal hoop and furthermore sealed with silicone. Up till now no seepage has been found since the completion of the project three years ago. |
