摘    要:氯气是一种有毒有害气体,在生产和生活中,准确测量空气中的氯气体积分数尤为重要。介绍了一种用半导体型氯气敏感探头和由其组成的变送电路来测量氯气体积分数的新方法。通过运用对数、反对数放大器和同相、反相放大器把类似于双对数关系的体积分数一电阻值输出转换为具有线性关系的体积分数一电压值输出,实现了氯气传感器信号的线性化处理。

Abstract:Cl2 is a poisonous and harmful gas. It is important to accurately measure the Cl2 volume fraction in the air'in the daily life. A new way that measures the Cl2 volume fraction by semiconductor type Cl2 sensor and circuit is introduced. The output of the volume fraction-resistance value that similar to the log-log curve is changed to the one that volume fraction-voltage value with linear relationship by using the logarithmic amplifier,antilog amplifier, in-phase amplifier and inverting amplifier.
