摘    要:面对智能建造时代的需求、碳达峰与碳中和的政策、劳动力人口减少等社会因素,发展绿色可持续的装配式建筑是建筑业转型升级的必然趋势,可成本成为制约其发展的关键。为有效管控装配式建筑成本, 分析了装配式建筑全产业链管理模式的内涵与优势,提出了承包商视角的全产业链管理模式, 调研识别了各阶段的主要影响因素, 并通过 AHP 法,找出关键影响因素, 从全产业链发展的角度,提出了相应措施,为相关企业降本增效提供理论参考。

Abstract:Facing the needs in the era of intelligent construction, carbon peak and carbon neutral policies, as well as the reductionof labor population, green and sustainable prefabricated building is inevitable for the transformation and upgrading in constructionindustry. However, the cost is a key factor restricting the development of prefabricated buildings. To study how to effectively reducethe cost of prefabricated buildings, this paper first analyzes the connotation and advantages of the whole industry chain managementfor prefabricated buildings. Meanwhile, a whole industry chain management model is proposed from contractor’s perspective, andthe main influencing factors are investigated and identified at each stage. Moreover, the AHP method is then used to find out thekey influencing factors. Finally, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the perspective of the development ofthe entire industry chain, and provides theoretical references for related enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
