摘    要:针对影响气动系统效率的主要因素,从提高压缩空气制气效率、余热利用、分压供气、减少泄漏和残余能量回收再利用等节能手段,介绍了当前国内外气动系统节能的主要技术进展和新的研究成果,并进一步分析了各种节能方法的特点,提出了未来气动系统节能技术的研究重心和发展方向。有助于为探索新的节能理论和方法提供启发,推动行业技术进步。

Abstract:Focus on key factors affecting the efficiency of pneumatic system, this paper reviews the main technological approaches and new research of energy-saving methods of pneumatic system in improving compressed air production efficiency, waste heat utilization, partial pressure gas supply, reducing leakage and residual energy recycling, further analyzes the characteristics of various energy-saving methods, and puts forward the research focus and development direction of energy-saving technology of pneumatic system. The aim is to provide assistance and guidance to relevant researchers in developing new technologies and products.
