工程造价专业国际化人才培养模式研究

随着“一带一路”战略的实施，我国缺乏工程造价专业国际化人才的问题日益凸显，有必要借鉴工程造价专业国际认证标准对国际化人才培养模式进行探索。分析工程造价专业国际化人才的培养需求，明确了其需具备复合型、外向型和创新型特征。鉴于目前对我国工程造价专业进行国际化认证的主要是 PAQS、 RICS 认证，采用比较研究法，对 PAQS、 RICS的认证标准进行对比分析，明确了学生培养目标、师资队伍建设、专业实践等人才培养要求。并构建我国工程造价专业国际化人才培养模式的合理化方案，为工程造价专业国际化人才建设提供参考。

Research on the Training Model of International Talents ofEngineering Cost Major

With the implementation of the " The Belt and Road " strategy， the problem of a lack of professional and internationaltalents in engineering cost major has become increasingly prominent. It is necessary to draw lessons from the professionalinternational certification standards of engineering cost， and it is of great significance to explore the training mode ofinternationalization cost talents. Firstly， the training needs of international talents of engineering cost majors were analyzed. Thetraining direction of international talents of engineering cost majors was found, including compound， export-oriented, and innovativetalents. Secondly， the two international certifications mainly used in China’s engineering cost major, PAQS and RICS, were analyzedto compare their certification standard. It can be seen that there is a trend of international certification of engineering cost specialty inChina， which is not universal. Through analysis, the requirements for talent training are clarified, such as student training objectives，faculty construction, and professional practice. As a result, a rationalization scheme is constructed to explore the talent training modeof the internationalization of engineering cost majors in China, which provides references for future major construction.
