A Study on Factors Influencing the Operation Performanceof Construction Drawing Review System

Identifying the key factors influencing the operation performance of the construction drawing review system is animportant and basic work to improve the operation performance of the system, and avoid the risks of project quality and safetysupervision caused by ineffective system reform. With Jiangsu model construction drawing review system as the research object，focusing on regional practice， 18 factors influencing the system operation performance are identified through literature analysis andinterviews. Then, five key influencing factors are extracted by using factor analysis method based on the survey data of 376 effectivequestionnaire responses. Countermeasures and suggestions are given for performance improvement after analyzing the keyinfluencing factors. The results show that regulatory accountability， institutional vitality， service innovation， institutional capacity,and boundary range factors have a significant impact on the system operation performance， and are the key objects in the process ofsystem reform and performance improvement.
