区块链技术应用于建筑业信息管理的影响因素研究

摘    要:随着建筑业日新月异的发展,数据体量巨增形成的数据壁垒,严重影响管理资源的协同,传统管理模式已无法满足数字化转型的需求。区块链技术作为时代核心技术,其突出的优势是可解决建筑业目前存在的痛点与难点。首先识别出区块链技术应用于建筑业信息管理的 16 个影响因素,通过 DEMATEL 模型分析因素的因果关系及影响程度。采用 ISM 模型分析因素间的层级结构及作用路径。基于组合模型 DEMATEL-ISM 对影响因素展开深入系统地分析,得到影响区块链技术应用于建筑业信息管理的 5 个关键因素,并提出推进措施。

Abstract:With the rapid development of the construction industry, the huge increase of data volume forms data barriers, whichseriously affects the collaboration of management resources. In this way, the traditional management mode can no longer meet theneeds of digital transformation. As the core technology of this era, the blockchain technology has outstanding advantageous featuresthatcan solve the pain points and difficulties existing in the construction industry at present. First, 16 influencing factors areidentified for the application of blockchain technology to information management in the construction industry. Then, the causalrelationship and the degree of influence of the factors are analyzed through the DEMATEL model. In the mean time, the hierarchicalstructure and the path of action among the factors are analyzed by the ISM model. Finally, based on the combined DEMATEL-ISMmodel, an in-depth and systematic analysis of the influencing factors is carried out. As a result, five key factors affecting theapplication of blockchain technology to information management in the construction industry are obtained, and measures to promotethem are proposed.
