摘    要:通过调整焊丝熔敷金属中Co元素的含量,研究了Co对所研制焊丝堆焊层硬度和红硬性的影响。研究表明,Co元素具有很强的时效硬化作用,对堆焊层金属的硬度和红硬性有重要的影响。随着熔敷金属中Co含量的增加,硬度和红硬性显著提高。

Abstract:Through changing the cobalt content of the deposited metal, the effect of cobalt on the hardness and red hardness of surfacing layer of the developed wires is discussed. The studies show that cobalt has very strong ability of age hardening and important effect on the hardness and red hardness of surfacing layer. With the increasing of cobalt content in the deposited metal, hardness and red hardness of surfacing layer rise apparently.
