| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种基于PC的数字视频监控系统，给出了整个监控系统的功能模块、系统框架图及部分源代码。详细介绍了使用串口发送控制命令字，以及使用AVICap窗口类开发视频捕捉程序并实现基于PC的监控系统方法。

| Abstract: | This article introduces a digital video monitor-control system based on PC, and gives the function modules, system frame diagram and some source codes. In particular, how to send control command to photograph machine with serial communication and how to implement video capture using AVICap window class are discussed. |
