| 摘 要： | 光整机的辊形设计和辊系弹性变形特性是光整板形控制研究的关键要素,也是冷轧带钢板形控制领域不可或缺的重要部分。针对马钢一号镀锌线光整机存在的板形不稳定、因板形缺陷造成的废品率或彩涂基料回退率一直较高的突出问题,从现场测试、理论分析、上机试验及应用方面开展了系统研究,发现了光整机在辊形加工、热辊形、轧辊磨损及弯辊使用等方面存在的问题;结合该光整机的设备工艺特点,研究了光整机的辊系弹性变形特性,提出了新的辊形配置方案,完成了从方案设计、比较实验到生产应用的全过程工作,取得板形改善、生产过程稳定性提高的明显效果。
