对钢丝绳润滑问题的认识

钢丝绳生产应关注润滑工艺设计、油品质量控制和淋油的连续性与有效性。钢丝绳生产中的润滑方法有钢丝成捻前淋油、钢丝捻股后淋油、合绳股淋油、钢丝绳淋(浸)油或其组合。合股工序进行淋油是必须的润滑工艺。合绳工序淋油的优点:(1)较厚的油膜可对钢丝绳表面钢丝起到很好的防腐保护;(2)有效减小钢丝绳与接触滑轮表面之间的摩擦;(3)保持钢丝绳的结构稳定性。缺点是钢丝绳表面黏附油脂过多,易出现滑落或龟裂。钢丝绳使用过程中的维护润滑存在的问题:(1)不按规定使用专用维护润滑油脂;(2)润滑方法不当,油脂不能充填到钢丝绳内部;(3)润滑时机掌握不当。维护润滑应注意油脂选择、油脂的补加方法和对实施维护润滑时机的把握。
