摘    要:结合广东番禺某一厂房在施工过程中四面墙体均被阵风吹倒的事故,采用数值风洞方法,模拟了该厂房在实际施工状态下墙体所受的风荷载并剖析事故原因.进一步研究了单面墙体门窗开启对建筑物所受风荷载的影响.提出了施工过程抗风设计的风荷载取值及相应的施工技术措施.计算结果表明,该建筑物由于屋盖尚未施工,处于局部敞开状态,墙体内、外两侧均受到风的作用.无屋盖房屋的墙体内侧负压较大,迎风墙面实际所受的净风压体型系数远大于设计时按照规范的取值.在施工过程中建筑物所受风荷载的特殊性是导致该在建厂房倒塌的主要原因之一.

Abstract:Numerical wind tunnel was used to simulate the wind load on the wall of an industrial building during construction in Guang Dong Province and its wind-induced collapse mechanism was analyzed.Effects of opening on single wall to wind load were also discussed.The values of wind load for the structure's windresistance design and the relevant technical measures in construction process were presented.The numerical results show that the walls of building without roof suffer from wind forces on both inside and outside surfaces due to the partial opening.The inside surface of the wall is mainly loaded by suction.The net body shape coefficient of the windward wall is much more than that obtained by the Load Code for the Design of Building Structure.The wind load characteristics comprise one of the major reasons for the collapse of industrial buildings during construction.
