结晶器锥度及其较好配合拉速的计算探讨

摘    要:文中提出了通过钢液在结晶器中的收缩量计算结晶器锥度及其较好配合拉速的方法。建立了更为明确的计算公式,简化了以往的经验公式。钢液因液态收缩和凝固收缩引起的体积缩减(可以被认为是坯壳收缩量)应等于因结晶器外形尺寸缩小所造成的体积缩减。计算出的锥度与实际情况基本吻合。同时,也可通过给定的锥度计算出结晶器较好的配合拉速,应用效果较好。

Abstract:This paper introduces the approach to calculating mould taper and its appropriate corresponding casting speed according to the contraction of molten steel in mould, which can establish much more specific calculation formulae and breviate former ones.The total contraction of volume of molten steel in liquidation and solidification processes should be equal to the contraction of volume produced by the reduction of mould external sizes.Calculated taper should be matched with the actual one Meanwhile,the appropriate corresponding casting speed can be calculated by given taper,which can bring about good application effect.
