| 摘 要： | 食用菌寡糖是天然寡糖的重要来源之一,文中通过水提醇沉去多糖法获得粗寡糖,再经阴离子交换层析(DEAESepharose F F)和凝胶过滤层析(Bio-GelP-2)对粗寡糖进行分离纯化,得到2种猴头菌寡糖——水溶性寡糖HEOF-W-B和盐溶性寡糖HEOF-0.1。后经乙酰化分析,结合ESI-MS和GC-MS等技术,确定HEOF-W-B是一种分子质量为414u,由3个阿拉伯糖组成的寡糖。
