摘    要:食用菌寡糖是天然寡糖的重要来源之一,文中通过水提醇沉去多糖法获得粗寡糖,再经阴离子交换层析(DEAESepharose F F)和凝胶过滤层析(Bio-GelP-2)对粗寡糖进行分离纯化,得到2种猴头菌寡糖——水溶性寡糖HEOF-W-B和盐溶性寡糖HEOF-0.1。后经乙酰化分析,结合ESI-MS和GC-MS等技术,确定HEOF-W-B是一种分子质量为414u,由3个阿拉伯糖组成的寡糖。

Abstract:Oligosaccharides from edible-fungi are important resources of natural oligosaccharides.The crude oligosaccharides were obtained from water extraction and ethanol sinking.Then the sugars were separated and purified by anion exchange and gel filtration chromatography into two kinds of Hericium erinaceus Oligosaccharides.One is water-soluble oligosaccharide EOF-W-B and the other is salt-soluble oligosaccharide HEOF-0.1.The analysis of acetylation,ESI-MS and GC-MS were used to work out the structure of the olig...
