| Abstract: | Combining with the practical characteristics of project management in construction enterprises, the thesis introduces the thought and method to strengthen the responsibility cost management, and expounds it from the aspects of the conception, responsibility cost centre, oonsmacticn organization design, systems etc., expecthing to decrease the cost, arouse the profit level and realize the maxinum economy benefits. |
