| 摘 要： | 近年来就业矛盾日益突出,就业难度日趋增大,给广大毕业生带来了巨大的心理压力。有相当一部分毕业生由于种种原因,在就业过程中出现了种种心理偏差,甚至产生了严重的就业心理障碍。本文主要阐述了目前毕业生就业存在的较为普遍的心理障碍,分析其原因,并提出相应的解决方案。

| Abstract: | Recently,the college graduates have huge mental pressure as the job-hunting obstacles in employment market is getting more difficult.A number of students have mental deviations,even serious mental disorder,in the process of vocational development for various reasons.This article mainly illustrates the common phenomenon of mental disorder in college graduates,analyzes its reasons and puts forward corresponding solutions. |
