汽轮机凝汽器液位自调优化改造方案

摘    要:某公司热电联供50MW汽轮发电机组凝汽器液位自调原设计只用化学补充水进行调节,但经实际运行结果验证此方案不能有效控制液位,经改造在凝结水泵出口加调节阀进行控制,取得了良好效果。重点介绍了3种方案的优化选择。

Abstract:A company 50MW cogeneration unit has a turbine generator condenser,the liquid level is controlled automatically only by adding water to chemical regulation according to original design,but actual operating results verify that the program can not control the level effectively.This is solved successfully by adding control valve at the export of condensate pump.This essay focuses on three optimizing programs.
