摘    要:苏里格气田广泛应用井下节流器生产,部分气井在节流器以上存在严重积液,无法采用物理化学排水采气工艺,而传统的机械排水采气工艺存在设备结构复杂、技术难度大、费用高等不足。根据柱塞气举排水采气技术原理,设计了1种可以利用钢丝绳作业的举液柱塞。此工具可以将井下节流器以上轻微积液1次举到地面生产管线,多次作业可以把严重积液举出。举液工艺费用低,操作方便,排水效果明显,应用前景广阔。

Abstract:The slip-type downhole throttle is used widespread in gas wells in the Sulige gas field, and liquid holds emerge over it in many wells. Such wells cannot be taken the traditional physical chemistry draining method, and the traditional mechanical equipment is complex, technology diffi- cult. According to the plunger of gas lift technology principle, a special tool is designed which power is provided by wire rope for draining liquid hold. The tool can be lift less liquid hold to the ground production line once and more with many times. Its process cost is low and effect obvious, so it may have more application in the future.
