摘    要:超声波已经在一些领域发挥了重要的作用。超声波除垢相对于化学除垢是一项新兴的除垢技术,优点是经济、环保。其主要原理是通过空化效应,粉碎溶液中较大的结垢粒子,使其悬浮在溶液中。影响超声波除垢效果不仅有其自身的频率、强度等因素,还与溶液的种类、温度、浓度、pH等有关,为了达到更好的超声波除垢效果,还需根据具体情况,确定超声波的参数。

Abstract:Ultrasound has played an important role in many aspects. Compared with chemical descaling, ultrasound is an emerging technology, which is economic and environmental friendly. The main principle is to crush larger scaling particles to suspend in solution by cavitation effect. While, factors to affect ultrasound descaling effect are not only natural frequency and strength, but also type, temperature, density and pH of the solution. So, in order to achieve better descaling effect, the parameters of the ultrasound should be determined according to the specific situation.
