摘    要:
文中在讨论子波变换的性质后,提出基于"频谱切割"的冗余度为零的子波变换新方法.为了压缩信息量,所以把FFT改成计算速度更快的DCT.

Abstract:
A new method of nonredundancy Warelet transform based on "Spectrum division" is proposed, after the char- acteristics of wavelet transform are discussed. In order to compress information, FFT is replaced by DCT. Which can provide much faster computing rate.
