惯性仪器通用测试与故障诊断系统设计

摘    要:针对在分析惯性仪器测试需求和基本功能的基础上,提出一种通用测试的理念和方法。针对惯性平台测试与故障诊断系统的特点和设计要求,给出了基于VXI总线的惯性平台自动测试与故障诊断系统的开发设计方法,重点探讨了VXI总线测试硬件与软件的组成和实现方法。所提出的系统成功应用于某些型号惯性仪器的性能测试过程,实现了测试过程的优化控制和优化运行,取得了明显的应用成效。

Abstract:According to analysis of inertial instrument test requirements and basic functions,a sort of universal test conception and method are brought forward.Aiming at the characteristics and design demands of the inertial platform automatic test and fault diagnosis system,some design methods are provided for some type missile based on VXI bus.The component and implementation of the system are discussed mainly.The proposed system is successfully applied to the test process of some type missile inertial instrument to realize process optimal control and process optimal operation.The application results show that the method can provide benefits to the missile inertial instrument.
