摘    要:光成型法是将三维实体模型转化为一系列二维平面,再逐层固化叠加成型。为此,利用0bject ARX编程,对AutoCAD进行二次开发,获取立体模型的结构特征,再经过处理得到所需的二维平面数据图形;同时,运用区域二叉树原理,拾取平面图形所含的各轮廓环,并生成一个单一区域,再按照光成型法的层叠成型原理,对区域逐层“拉伸”,实现三维实体模型的重组再现。另外,通过实时显示,动态地展示了截交和三维再现的过程,以便于检验所得平面图形数据和成型物的正确性。

Abstract:Stereo photo lithography converts 3D solid model into a series of 2D-planar-layer data, then piles and solidifies each layer to rebuild the model. Redeveloping AutoCAD with Object ARX to acquire structure characters of the stereo solid model and 2D graphics data. By the method of region binary tree, this paper chooses all contour loops contained by 2D graphics and generate a single region, and extrudes regions on each layer according to the piling up theory of stereo photo lithography to rebuild the designed 3D solid model. Through real-time displaying, the process of slicing and rebuilding is shown dynamically so as to check the validity of 2D-planar-layer data and rebuilt model.
